Meet Andréa Elliott

A. Elliott Advisors Real Estate, LLC founder Andréa Elliott can’t think of anything she would rather do than help Texas buyers and sellers make smart real estate decisions. But if she had to choose something, it would be building relationships. In fact, many of her client relationships have become multigenerational, and the bulk of her business has been coming through repeat clients and referrals for decades. 

Andréa has been in the real estate industry for most of her professional life, and she’s worked all over the great state of Texas. Her career started at a national development company in Downtown Dallas. Then she moved up north to work for the developer of Las Colinas. After that, she moved to Houston, where she worked as an escrow officer and branch manager for a national title company. Those experiences gave Andrea an understanding of the ins and outs of the contract and taught her the importance of educating her clients. This is also where she honed her exceptional customer service skills and gained the wide-ranging experience she uses to serve her clients today.

As complex as a situation may be, Andréa teaches people what they need to know while streamlining the process. She also goes out of her way to meet her clients’ needs and create a welcoming environment. As one client said, “If you are looking for someone who loves what she does and goes out of her way to help, plus has a passion for her work, then you would want Andréa on your team … From personal experience, she is someone who will give her clients (who become friends) the best service available no matter what they are aiming to do.” In addition to running a bespoke boutique brokerage, Andréa has launched an interior design company to further offer her creative services to her clients.

Her daughters attended college at Texas A & M and the University of Texas, and they did their part in keeping that rivalry strong. Now, one daughter is a non-practicing attorney with a Ph.D working in the education field., and the other works as a high net worth private banker for a legacy brand. When not with her clients or family, Andréa continually studies real estate, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her vizsla, Elle.
