    I would highly recommend Andrea Elliott to anyone who is looking to rent, purchase or sell a home. From personal experience, she is someone who will give her clients (who become friends) the best service available no matter what they are aiming to do. I first met her when my husband was transferring to San Antonio from California.Not knowing the area, we weren’t sure where to purchase, plus we still had to sell our home in California, so I met with Andrea and we looked at rental properties. She didn’t just show me rental properties…she took me on a tour of San Antonio so I could see the city and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. She took into account what our budget was and stayed within our comfort zone. When we finally found a property that was acceptable, she went out of her way to make sure that I got my application in to the rental company before anyone else did! After we had moved here and got settled, and our house sold in California, it was time to buy. So, naturally, I contacted Andrea, who was now my friend. I had made time in my schedule to look around by myself, plus she made herself available to meet with me or answer any questions I had about different areas of San Antonio. Again, keeping our budget in mind, she sent me a list online of homes that met our requirements and I got to actually do some shopping online. Then, when I found some houses that were of interest, she took me to see them. When we found our home, it was in November and if you aren’t in your home here in Texas before January 1st, you can’t claim the Homestead Exemption. She worked tirelessly to coordinate the sale for us…making calls and emailing necessary people to make the closing happen for us in a timely manner. We closed on December 22nd. Our Christmas present to ourselves for 2016 was being able to move into our new home before the New Year. If you are looking for someone who loves what she does, and goes out of her way to help, plus has a passion for her work, then you would want Andrea on your team. If you are new to the buying market, she will walk you through what you need to do to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you are an old salt, like me, she will go over and above to make sure you understand what the Texas laws require for selling and purchasing. She’s an amazing, caring individual, who, again, has a real passion for what she does. That is evident the first time you meet her. I recommend Andrea VERY highly to anyone who wants a true professional helping them with any real estate need.
